As a lifelong resident of Franklin County and a fourth-generation leader in my family's business, I'm proud to serve the community that has shaped me. Since joining the family legacy—originally established by my great-grandfather in 1922—I've had the privilege of combining nearly a century of tradition with a modern, client-focused approach to real estate and auctions.

My educational background has given me a unique perspective on serving my clients. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biology, Doctor of Pharmacy, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. The combination of scientific precision, analytical thinking, and business strategy allows me to navigate even the most complex real estate transactions with confidence and professionalism. I am a licensed real estate broker in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, as well as a licensed auctioneer, proudly continuing the White family tradition alongside my parents, Dave and Paula, and my wife, Andi.

Giving back to the community has always been important to me. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Bath State Bank and the Margaret Mary Health Foundation, serve as President of Franklin County Youth Football, and enjoy helping with local 4-H auctions. Investing my time in organizations that strengthen our community is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

My wife, Andi, and I live just south of Brookville on the farm where I grew up, along with our two children, Aubrie and Rustan. Andi serves as President of the Southeastern Indiana Board of REALTORS®, and together we're passionate about helping families and businesses thrive throughout our region.
